Well, it has been more than a week since my last entry. So far this month I have had 9 workouts, gone a distance of 20.22 miles, worked out a total of 4.5 hours and burned 2,542 calories.
The one thing I am finding is it is as much a mental thing as it is anything else. On the Arc trainer I had been on level 15 averaging around 120 strides a minute. I got bored with that and started pushing myself. Today I was averaging around 145 and hitting as high as 155 for the strides.
