Still at it.

I know it has been a while since my last entry, yet I am still going to the gym. Since my last entry both Linnea and I have been able to get 2 new hybrid bikes, made by Trek. I am working my way to averaging 10 miles a day on the bike. My long term goal is 20+ a day. We are still going the gym, even though I seem to have hit a wall in the weight lose. I am currently at 239. Lord willing I want to be down in the 220's by the end of the month.
